2025 recap: 🏆 Top 10% of REALTORS® in Canada - 3 years in a row (still doesn’t feel real 🤯) 🏅 Award of Excellence – 2025 And no trophy for this one… but I’m proud of it anyway: 📍 Over the last 5 years, I’ve been in the Top 5 of ALL REALTORS® who have bought and sold in Blackfalds.... ...Because let’s be honest I know ALL the Blackfalds “concerns”: 🚂 The train horn is loud and somehow always on schedule to interrupt your routine. 🐈 The cats run this town like they pay property taxes. ❄️ The roads don’t get plowed fast enough (unless you just washed your truck). 🏒 The hockey arena takes up all the good parking spots. 🏊‍♂️ The Abbey pool still isn’t enclosed (we like our swims with a side of “wind”). ⛸️ And the outdoor rinks… we love ’em… when they’re open 😅 Now these "concerns" may be legit or maybe a little dramatic but here’s the thing: I know the quirks, I know the neighbourhoods, and I genuinely love this town. There's a reason I helped start a non profit society here, sit on 2 town boards, coach sports and volunteer countless hours here... If you’re thinking about buying here, I’ll tell you exactly why it’s awesome and help you find the right spot.
